Terms and conditions
GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms below stated. These apply to all commission types unless otherwise stated. I reserve my right to deny any commission for any reason!PAYMENTS
Payment must be done upfront in full before starting the commissionPROCESS & DELIVERY
Revisions during the drafting process is limited to only 2 times.
Changes on more than 50% of the draft will be declined. This includes but not limited to the entire pose, the camera angle, the character itself etc.
There can be 3 revisions during the inking phase.
There can be 3 revisions during the base color phase.
There can only be 2 revisions during the rendering phase.
Once the final piece is approved, no further changes will be made.
The final work will be delivered in high-resolution PNG format at the agreed-upon dimensions.DEADLINES
The usual turnaround time is 5 to 20 days depending on complexity (or queue)
If you need your artwork by a certain date, please let me know so I can add it to my priority list and see if I can accommodate you. If not, I will let you know.
You will receive regular updates to show the process of your commissionUSE
Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial use is discussed beforehand and the additional fee is paid (For Commercial Work, there will be an additional charge of 2x the original price.)
You may post the art on social media, use as banner, PFP or anything else, crediting is not necessary but appreciated
My signature will be added to the drawing in a place that won't interfere with the drawing or composition
Do NOT claim, edit, resell or use your commission for AI training or edit and no NFTsINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the full rights over the artwork, including the right to use in my portfolio or post in social media.
If you'd like your commission to remain private or unposted online, please let me know when orderingPAYMENT
Method of payment includes; PayPal, MercadoPago or bank transfer.
Payment must be made within the first 10 days after it has been agreed upon in writing. Otherwise, the commission request is considered cancelled.
Commissions will only proceed once full payment is made.
Rates are tax included.
Rates are depending on the complexity of the art.
Base prices are in MXN. If you are from outside Mexico, an adjustment will be made to cover currency exchange costs.REFUNDS
Full refunds are ONLY available BEFORE I start the commission
If you cancel once the commission is in sketch phase you may receive a partial refund depending on the progress I already had on your artwork
If I'm already doing lineart or coloring NO refunds will be issued
If I must cancel your commission due to personal reasons, you will be refunded in fullHOW TO ORDER
You can use the sales platforms I currently use —Ko-fi, Patreon, or VGen— or simply send me a message to check for availability.
Please provide a description of what you are looking for, attach references, and include any details you consider important. (The more references the better!!)
I will respond with any questions or a price quote. You will have 10 days to make the payment.
Queue Order: Please note that while I assign Order Numbers, my actual workflow depends on the order of payments received. Your place in the active work queue is secured only after the first payment is confirmed.COMMUNICATION

Rushed or aggressive behaviour will result in cancelation and blacklisting
